Bruce brings over 40 years of operational and strategic experience in the plumbing and heating supply industry. As President of Bruce Supply Corp., a family-owned business, he successfully led the company’s growth, market expansion, and customer relationships for more than four decades, culminating in its successful sale to Ferguson Enterprises in 2023.

In addition to his distinguished career, Bruce has actively pursued investments across a diversified range of sectors, including real estate, insurance, and financial services, further broadening his business acumen.

In his new role at Approved, Bruce will be focused on identifying and executing strategic acquisitions that support the company’s long-term vision while also playing a key role in enhancing sales growth in our core markets. His expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep industry knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to expand and strengthen our business.
