Add comprehensive maintenance and repair service coverage for all your Bioheat® fuel and gas boiler, burner, and domestic hot water equipment needs. We offer many levels of service based on your needs.

  • Commercial Labor Service Plans: ($550-$2,400+): includes the labor to repair or replace listed parts in the agreement and an annual burner overhaul
  • Annual Burner Overhaul Program
  • Annual Combustion Efficiency Testing
  • DEP-Certificate of Operation Renewal (Triennial)
  • Annual Low Pressure Boiler Inspection- Local Law 62-91
  • Waterside Services: Our water treatment program is designed to protect your boiler system. This process will dramatically increase heat transfer while inhibiting rust and corrosion. This service consists of seven yearly treatments.
  • Fire-side Services: Brush out and vacuum cleaning of the boiler. This is for boiler tubes or cast-iron boiler sections, cleaning of the soot chambers, combustion chamber, breeching and chimney base.

Approved offers the following ancillary services:

DEP Triennial Testing and DAR Filings:

Approved can prepare and test your heating equipment and file the necessary paperwork for your Annual DEP testing, as well as your triennial testing. Approved will attend the DEP Performance Test to confirm you passed the test.

Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS):

Approved can perform tank testing, cleaning, and updating of all your fuel storage tanks. We can also handle your filing requirements and renewal applications with the New York State DEC.

RPZ (Back Flow) Annual Inspections:

We perform and report to DEP your required annual RPZ inspection. We also perform maintenance and new installations of back flow units in properties that require them.

Annual Boiler Inspections:

We perform and electronically report your annual boiler inspection requirements under Local Law 62/91 to the NYC Department of Buildings to prevent you from receiving a $1,000 penalty for failure to comply by December 31st of the calendar year.
